Refunds & Exchanges Our customers have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Claims or requests submitted outside of this period will not be approved.
Item Requirements To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must strictly meet the following conditions:
- Be completely unused (must not have been tested or worn on any playing field or show grass/turf marks).
- Be in the exact same condition as it was received.
- Include the original box, tags, and packaging completely intact.
- Show no signs of damage or alteration caused after delivery.

You must include your order number and clear details of the issue (attaching photos is highly recommended and often required). A member of our team will review your case and provide you with step-by-step instructions.
Size or Model Exchanges If you ordered the wrong size or need a different model, you may request an exchange within the 7-day window. All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping label unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
